We strive to set ourselves apart from our competitors by ensuring that all our services are governed by our five core principles for success. We believe that to become an industry leader our experienced and qualified team can deliver a high-quality product that is cost-effective, completed in the safest possible way and with minimal impact to our environment.
Our design team are skilled design engineers who work with CAD and 3D modelling software packages, enabling our clients to visualise and analyse how a design will work prior to fabrication and installation
Our fully equipped workshop can provide MIG, TIG, Gas and Spot Welding, Press Brake Bending and Forming, Guillotine, Laser Cutting, Finishing and Hand Finish Fettling for fabrication work up to 15m high and 25 tonnes.
We have a skilled team of engineers who can install something as simple as rollers to mini plants and trommels. See our past projects.
Our laser cutting machines combine speed and precision to provide a cutting-edge fabrication service. With our laser cutting service we can provide precision cutting technology; ensuring that parts are cut to your exact specification. Each cut is created in fine detail and can be used on numerous materials including sheet metal, steel, stainless steel, mild steel, copper, and aluminium.
Because it is a non-contact process (as the beam is enclosed within a light box) it reduces the likelihood of damage to the material being used, reducing wastage. The intensity of heat output and duration can be controlled to create a perfect finish without impairment. Our laser cutting service is reliable, precise, fast and cost-efficient.
Our metal punching equipment can punch and perforate complex shapes with a range of tools at a phenomenal speed and with precise accuracy.
We can produce highly technical designs that suit your specification and can handle a wide range of sheet metals and thicknesses, ranging from 0.5mm to 6mm in mild steel, zintec, galvanised steel, aluminium, stainless steel, copper, brass, and pre-coated steel.
Our punch machine allows for much faster sheet processing which is ideal for batch work of medium to high quantity, greatly reducing manufacturing costs.
Metal forming is a cost-efficient process for those who need numerous parts. It includes bending, rolling and shaping from cold to hot working processes making it versatile and useable in different situations. The processes of sheet metal forming is a very efficient way of manufacturing objects.
Our experienced team of press operators can provide pressing and rolling services (also known as metal forming) in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals to suit your individual requirements.
Welding uses fusion to join two or more metal components. This is not simply connecting two pieces together but fusing them together, so they act like one component, ensuring they stay firm and rigid. Our welding facilities offer an extensive coverage of all ferrous and non-ferrous materials, ranging from 0.8mm to 15mm thickness.
There are many different types of welding and although our welders are experienced in Shielded Metal Arc (SMAW/Stick) and Flux-cored Arc Welding (FCAW/Flux Cored) the most common but preferred methods used are MIG and TIG welding.
MIG welding is generally considered to be the best technique for most steel application, having the ability to join a wide range of metals and thicknesses. As well as providing a good weld bead it offers minimum weld splatter.
TIG welding can be used to weld copper, titanium and even two dissimilar metals. It is very handy for making those tricky welds such as s-curves or welds on round components.
